Welcome to the KCBS’s terms and condition. These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”), are between KCBS and user or user(s). By accessing our website https://karish.in referred to as “KCBS Platform””, you agree to be bound by the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

Please read these Terms and Conditions made available or published on KCBS Platform as they shall govern your use of the KCBS Platform. By using or visiting the KCBS Platform or any KCBS software, data feeds, and service provided to you on, from, or through the KCBS Platform, you signify your agreement to:

(1) these “Terms and Conditions”,

(2) KCBS’s Privacy Policy and any other terms that are updated from time to time.

If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use the KCBS Platform.

About KCBS Online Academy

1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all Users of the KCBS Platform, including educators who are also contributors of User Content on the KCBS Platform. The KCBS Platform includes all aspects of the Website and Apps which includes but is not limited to products, software and service offered via the KCBS Platform, such as the KCBS online platform, KCBS Plus – Subscription, KCBS Bytes and any other service or application that KCBS introduces from time to time.
2. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and all other other rules and policies made available or published elsewhere, KCBS hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited license to use the KCBS Platform in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
3. You agree and acknowledge that KCBS shall have the right at any time to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the KCBS Platform, including, but not limited to, the User Content, hours of availability and equipment needed for access or use. Further, KCBS may discontinue disseminating any portion of information or category of information may change or eliminate any transmission method and may change transmission speeds or other signal characteristics. KCBS reserves the right to refuse access to the KCBS Platform, terminate Accounts, remove or edit contents without any notice to You.

KCBS Accounts

In order to access some of the features of the KCBS Platform, you may have to create your account with KCBS. You agree and confirm that you will never use another User’s account nor provide access to your account to any third-party. When creating your account, you confirm that the information so provided is accurate and complete. Further, you agree that you are solely responsible for the activities that occur on your account, and you shall keep your account password secure and not share the same with anyone. You must notify KCBS immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. At no point in time will KCBS be liable for any losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account, you shall solely be liable for the losses caused to KCBS or others due to such unauthorized use, if any.
